I actually happened to run into a small (relative 8-10 acts), touring circus while in Pattaya a couple of years ago. It was great to see a circus while over there. It was in town for two weeks, I think. I was with a thai girlfriend and she really enjoyed it. After I got back i saw a write up of the circus at pattaya news net. It was a russian/eastern european troupe. Run a search with circus and thailand plus as key words, you might get lucky.

I think you would see more circus performances and acrobatics out at the big burn, and fire is always an enjoyable condiment!
